Inter-college and inter-specialization team members are permitted and encouraged
Teams must choose to build a solution for one of the two main problem statements
The final hackathon is a continuous 48-hour event
Competition Structure:
Proposal submission (6 Nov – 2 Dec 2025): Registered teams must submit their detailed proposal outlining their solution, design, and feasibility for one of the two topics. The best ideas will be scored and shortlisted
Shortlisted proposals announcement (3 Dec – 7 Dec 2025): Shortlisted teams will be announced after evaluation and will proceed to the mentorship round
Mentorship and workshops (8 Dec 2025 – 19 Jan 2026): Shortlisted teams will receive mentorship and attend workshops to refine their projects
Grand finale hackathon (20 Jan – 22 Jan 2026): A 48-hour in-person hackathon to build a functional prototype, ending with demos, an ultimate pitch, and winner announcements

Next-gen electric motor design without rare earths: Conceptualize and simulate a high-efficiency motor for industrial drive applications without using rare-earth magnets, focusing on compact architecture, thermal stability, intelligent sensor integration, manufacturability, scalability, and sustainability
Intelligent automation (AGVs and robotics): Design intelligent software and control algorithms for AGVs and industrial robots with real-time simulation, path planning, adaptive control, and smart sensor integration, enabling autonomous navigation and operational flexibility
