APAC’s First Art X Tech XMAS Hackathon🎄

Sim Lim Xmas Hybrid Hackathon — is APAC’s creative tech hackathon and showcase, placed in the foyer of Sim Lim Square: home to all electronics makers and hackers in Singapore since 1980s. Over 10 Finalists will win mobile phones, gaming headsets, electronics worth up to SGD 2000 sponsored by SIM LIM Square and over SGD 500 in AI credits. Hackathon will be open to all REMOTE FIRST, THEN Art x Tech pieces will be displayed at our onsite activation on 13 - 14 Dec 2025 @ SIM LIM SQ. 📣 Participants will get sponsored AI credits To explore the intersection of art and technology.AI tools are welcome as part of the creative process — whether in ideation, creation, or interaction. The goal is to make technology feel approachable and empowering. While AI isn’t mandatory, we encourage artists to experiment with how technology — including AI — can expand their creative expression! Remote hackathon will kick off from 29 Nov - 5 Dec submit your entries! Followed by onsite at SIM LIM SQ if you wish to hack on the spot on 13-14 Dec weekend! Led by Thoth AI and Airfoil Studio, supported by Menlo Robotics and Transcelestial — supporting partners include Manus AI, Figma, Notion, ElevenLabs, and more! Creative technologists, artists, and engineers across Southeast Asia, are invited to imagine notions of Christmas and digital electronics history across a 3-panelled, LED panelled Christmas tree.
