Each team should have more than one members3. No Accommodation will be provided including food.4. Each member of the team must carry ID card with Photo from the respective university/institute/college into the event.5. Participants once entered the hall are not supposed to go out unless there is some emergency in which case, he/she can hand over the ID card to the volunteer, go out and collect it and then enter the hall.6. You must know your requirements in advance relating to your problem and it is your duty to take care of your belongings i.e., hardware, software etc. The management is not responsible.7. Participants must bring their own laptop and necessary equipment at the event.8. Presentation time for each team is 15 minutes only.9. No eatables are permitted inside the hall.10. All team members have to maintain proper discipline during the event and any misbehaviour on the part of any team member will lead to disqualification of the entire team.11. Reporting Time: Participants must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
ID Requirement: Wearing your college/official ID card is mandatory throughout the event.
Code of Conduct: Maintain professional behavior. Any form of misconduct or disruption may lead to disqualification.
Team Discipline: Team members must stay together during evaluation and presentation rounds.
Use of Devices: Laptops, chargers, and required accessories must be brought by participants. The organizing team is not responsible for personal belongings.
Internet Usage: Participants must use the provided network responsibly. Any misuse will result in immediate removal from the event.
Original Work: All solutions and projects must be original. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
Safety & Cleanliness: Follow campus safety rules and keep the venue clean.
Decision Authority: The decision of the judges and organizing committee will be final and binding.
