Shortlisting will happen in multiple batches, and selected teams will be notified on Unstop

Teams submit profiles, resumes, and idea pitch
Shortlisted teams are announced in waves prior to the hackathon
Deadline to register on Devfolio: 15th March 2026
Offline Hackathon (21–22 March 2026):
A 30-hour non-stop in-person hackathon at NIT Surat
Participants bring their laptops, devices, and creative energy
WiFi, power, food, and workspace will be provided
Mentorship Rounds:
Domain experts, industry mentors, and startup founders will be available onsite
Mentors will guide teams, refine ideas, and evaluate progress during the build phase
Internal Shortlisting for Presentations:
Mentors select the top-performing teams based on:

Execution quality
Innovation
Impact potential
Prototype completeness
Final Presentations to Jury:
Selected teams pitch their solutions to an esteemed jury panel
