DevHack 7.0 is a 30-hour flagship hackathon of PARSEC 6.0, the annual technical festival of IIT Dharwad. It brings together passionate innovators, developers, and creators to collaborate, experiment, and build impactful solutions that push the boundaries of technology and imagination.Participants will embark on an intense 30-hour journey of brainstorming, coding, and problem-solving - turning bold ideas into working prototypes.Guided by mentors and evaluated by a panel of industry experts, participants will have the opportunity to learn, innovate, and showcase their talent in a highly collaborative and competitive environment.More than just a competition, DevHack 7.0 is a platform to learn, network, and grow — where ideas take shape, collaborations are forged, and innovation thrives. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced developer, this is your chance to challenge yourself, create something meaningful, and be part of one of the most dynamic hackathons of the year.
Guidelines:
Participation Eligibility: Any UG/PG students from all colleges across India
Team Size: 3-4 members
Duration: 30 hours + 3 hours for the final presentation round
Venue: IIT Dharwad, Permanent Campus
Mode: Offline
Registration Fee: Free (No charges apply!)
Rules:
A Team ID will be allocated to the team on registration which shall be used for future references.
The decision of the organizers or judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
Top 30 teams will be shortlisted from the online round.
These teams will be judged and shortlisted by the judges based on their understanding of PS and their approach to solve it .
Additional Rules:
Teams must carry their college ID cards for verification during the onsite round.
Use of open-source tools and frameworks are permitted.
Plagiarism, unfair means, or misconduct will result in disqualification.
Teams are expected to maintain professional and ethical conduct throughout the event.
The organising committee reserves the right to modify rules, format, or evaluation criteria if necessary.
