Individual Participation and Team Formation
Team Participation Only: Solo participation is not allowed. Each participant must be part of a registered team.
Team Formation: Teams must be formed before the event. Assistance in forming teams will not be provided by the organizers.
Collaboration: Teams are encouraged to bring together members from diverse technical and creative backgrounds to strengthen innovation and overall project quality.
Accommodation
Availability: Basic sleeping accommodation will be provided free of cost to all participants.
Allotment: Accommodation will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are advised to confirm their attendance early to ensure allocation.

Problem Statement Submission
Selection: Each team must select one problem statement from the provided list.
Submission: Teams should submit their chosen problem statement and initial draft idea within the specified time frame.
Early Submission: Early submissions are encouraged to allow time for feedback and refinement.
Presentation and Evaluation
Presentation Time: Each team will be given a fixed duration (e.g., 10 minutes) to present their project.
Presentation Format: Presentations may include live demonstrations, slide decks, prototypes, or other creative formats.
Evaluation Criteria: Projects will be assessed based on innovation, technical depth, feasibility, and potential impact.
Fairness: The judging process will be transparent, unbiased, and merit-based.
Feedback Sessions: After evaluation, feedback sessions will be conducted to help teams gain insights and improve.
Code of Conduct
Respect: Maintain professionalism and respect toward all participants, mentors, judges, and organizers.
Collaboration: Engage in constructive teamwork and promote a supportive environment.
Integrity: Plagiarism, idea theft, or unethical conduct will result in disqualification.
Inclusivity: Encourage diversity and inclusivity within teams and project ideas.
Reporting Misconduct: Any form of misconduct must be immediately reported to the organizing committee.
