InnovGenius 2026 is a National-Level Ideathon organized by TCET–ACM SIGITE Professional Body, in collaboration with CSI Usha Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT), TCET–ACM SIGAI, and TCET Rotaract Club.The ideathon aims to foster innovation, problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on software development by encouraging undergraduate engineering students to work on real-world problem statements.Only teams selected for the final round are required to pay a registration fee of ₹400.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to all Indian participants
Open to all Undergraduate Engineering Students
Participants must be currently enrolled in a recognized institute
Valid college/university ID is required
Team Rules:
Team size: 1-4 members
Inter-college teams are allowed
Inter-specialization teams are allowed
No team member changes are allowed after registration
Each participant can be part of only one team
Format & Duration:
Mode: Round 1 & 2 : Online
Round 3 : Offline ( Duration: 10 hours )
Registration Fees:
First and Second Round is FREE and there is no Registraion fees.
For the Third (Final Round) selected teams have to pay Rs 400 and particiapnts would be provided with food and refreshments.
Round 1: Ideation & Problem Analysis (Online):

Description:
Teams will select one problem statement from the list provided by the organizers.
Participants must submit a detailed problem understanding and proposed solution approach.

Round 2: Prototype Development (Online):

Description:
Shortlisted teams from Round 1 will develop a functional prototype.

Round 3: Final Build & Presentation (Offline):

Time: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Venue: Thakur College of Engineering and Technology Mumbai, Mumbai

Teams will build a complete working solution.
Final submission includes:
Live product demonstration
Technical presentation before a judging panel

Rules:
