SaskInvent is excited to host the 2026 Nuclear Energy Hackathon at the Collider Hub on February 7th, 2026! We are accepting teams of four undergraduate students in any discipline in first, second, or third year. Each team will research a prompt relating to nuclear energy, propose a solution, and present it to a set of judges working in industry. Professors and mentors from industry will be available to provide assistance and feedback. Food will be provided. An information session providing the available prompts and background information for nuclear energy will be hosted by Tom Kishchuk on the evening of February 3rd.
