Guidelines:
Each team must consist of exactly 4 members.
Teams must be finalized before the hackathon; no member change will be allowed once registration closes.
Multiple teams from the same institute are allowed.
Each participant can be part of only one team.
Teams are encouraged to nominate a team leader for coordination and final submission.
Each team should carry an official email/letter from their institute mentioning:
Institute name
Names of all 4 team members
Program and batch details
Official stamp/signature of the concerned authority
Problem Statement:
The official problem statement will be given at the start of the event.
Teams must work within the defined scope; off-topic solutions may not be evaluated fully.
Any extension of prior work must be clearly marked as new development done during the hackathon.
Code:
Participants must maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.
Plagiarism, harassment, discrimination, or any unfair practice will lead to immediate disqualification.
Participants must follow all instructions issued by organizers, volunteers, and judges.
Use of AI:
Analytical and programming tools (Python, R, Excel, Power BI, simulation tools) are allowed.
Any use of AI assistants or code generators must be disclosed in the report.
Final logic, model design, and justification must reflect the team's own understanding.
General Terms:
Participants are responsible for their own laptops, chargers, and required software.
Organizers are not responsible for personal device failures or technical issues.
The decision of the organizers and judges is final and binding in all matters.
