Prajwalan 2K26 is the 4th edition of the National Level Hackathon organized by the Association of Computer Engineers (ACE), the official student body of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Sagi Ramakrishnam Raju Engineering College (SRKR), Bhimavaram.
The event aims to provide a national platform for young innovators to transform ideas into impactful technological solutions. Prajwalan brings together students with diverse technical backgrounds to collaborate, brainstorm, design, and build solutions for real-world challenges through a structured, multi-round evaluation process.
The hackathon focuses on nurturing problem-solving ability, innovation mindset, and engineering excellence. Participants will go through multiple stages including idea conceptualization, video pitching, technical presentation, and finally a 24-hour offline hackathon where selected teams will develop functional prototypes.
Throughout the journey, teams will be evaluated by experienced academicians and industry professionals based on innovation, feasibility, technical depth, clarity of approach, and potential impact. Beyond competition, Prajwalan also serves as a learning and networking platform, enabling participants to gain exposure, receive mentorship, and build long-term academic and professional connections.
Prajwalan 2K26 is not just about winning prizes; it is about building future-ready engineers, encouraging teamwork, leadership, and the courage to innovate.
