I. Event Overview
Event Date & Time: March 21, 2026, 09:30 AM – 5:30 PM..Event Venue: SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Singapore Management University).
II. Target Audience
Advanced Tech Users: AI/LLM Developers, Computer Science students, and Open Source contributors.Domain Experts & Potential Users: Psychology researchers, clinical practitioners (counselors/therapists), and students from Psychology or Cognitive Science departments.Influencers: Student leaders from University Tech/Psychology Clubs, mental health tech bloggers, and "AI for Science" advocates.
III. Event Schedule
09:30 – 10:00 | Check-in: Registration, distribution of color-coded badges for Psychologists and Developers, and casual networking.10:00 – 11:15 | Opening Keynote - The Psy-Skills Protocol: Unveiling the "Psychology Skill Hub", a tutorial on translating psychological theories into SKILL.md files, and a TRAE demo for writing code and prompts efficiently.11:15 – 12:30 | Workshop - Team Formation & Skill Design: "Speed Dating" style team formation ensuring mixed backgrounds. Teams will define their "Skill Blueprint" (logic, empathy rules, safety protocols) before coding.12:30 – 13:30 | Lunch Break & Networking: On-site lunch provided to keep participants engaged and maintain momentum.13:30 – 16:00 | The "Psy-Symbiosis" Skillathon: Core building time where teams implement blueprints using TRAE. Technical and psychology mentors will provide support on Python scripts and "empathy quality".16:00 – 17:00 | Project Showcase & Skill Test: Each team has 3 minutes to present (2 minutes for Demo, 1 minute for Skill test), sharing their best practices and unique insights.17:00 – 17:30 | Awards Ceremony & Closing: Presenting awards, taking group photos, and announcing the Github repository for long-term open-source contributions.
IV. Hackathon Topic Tracks
Participants can choose from a variety of tracks to build their AI agents, including:
Women's Mental Health: Breast cancer emotional support, IVF partner relational strain management, and mothers managing menopause/chronic conditions.Mental Health of Underserved Groups: LGBTQ+ affirmative support, voice-first "Nostalgia Chat" for the elderly, and social function activation for persons with disabilities.Psychological Research: Instantly summarize niche empirical studies and theories, and suggest experimental paradigms based on research hypotheses.Clinical Training & Therapist Utility: A "difficult patient" simulator, auto-drafting case conceptualizations from transcripts, and generating client-specific metaphors.Additional Tracks: Behavioral Medicine (insomnia therapy, ACT-based pain companion), Diagnosis and Psychometrics, Family/Group Counselling, or a Custom Topic.

Application Awards: 1st Place: S$300, 2nd Place: S$200, 3rd Place: S$100.Infrastructure Contribution Award (For Skills): S$200.
