Guidelines:
Team Size: Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members.
Inter-college Team Members: Allowed (encouraged to promote collaborative innovation).
Inter-specialization Team Members: Allowed (encouraged for multidisciplinary approaches).
Problem Statements: Participants are expected to address challenges within the provided software or hardware domains.
Event Format:
Round 1: Online PPT Submission on Unstop.
Round 2: 24-Hour continuous on-campus hackathon for the shortlisted teams.(EmErgE'26 Pass is mandatory for every member in the team.)
Process & Timeline:
Round 1 (PPT Submission: Teams must submit a comprehensive technical presentation (PPT) detailing their conceptual framework, problem-solving methodology, and implementation strategy.
Deadline: Before April 5th, 11:59 PM.
Round 2 (On-Campus Finale): The shortlisted teams will build their prototypes on-campus.
Date: 9th April (11:00 AM) to 10th April (11:00 AM).
Rules:
Mandatory Requirements: All participating teams must bring their own laptops and all necessary hardware components required for their prototype.
Submission Integrity: The project must be developed during the hackathon period. Use of pre-built prototypes is prohibited.
Attendance: Teams must be present for all designated mentorship and evaluation rounds to remain eligible for prizes.
Conduct: Participants must adhere to the venue’s code of conduct and maintain professional behavior throughout the 24-hour event.
