Innovation X – HackX Hackathon 2026

INNOVATION X – Intercollege Hackathon 2026 Innovation X Hackathon is a competitive intercollege event designed to bring together innovative minds to solve real-world problems through technology. Participants will collaborate in teams to build functional solutions within a limited time frame and present their ideas before a panel of judges. Eligibility: Open to all college/university students Intercollege teams are allowed Inter-specialization teams are allowed (CSE, IT, ECE, etc.) Team size: 2–4 members️ Format & Process: Duration: ~ 6 hours (offline event) Problem statements: 1 main problem statement will be provided at the start Teams must: Understand the problem Design a solution Develop a working prototype Submit and present their project ️Development Requirements: Minimum 4 backend functionalities required Use of any tech stack is allowed (MERN, MEAN, Django, etc.) GitHub repository submission is mandatory ️Timeline: Registration & Check-in: 08:30 AM – 09:30 AM Hackathon Start: 09:30 AM Development Phase: 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM Submission: 03:30 PM Presentation & Judging: 04:00 PM onwards Submission Process: Each team must submit: GitHub repository link Project abstract Screenshots/source code PPT presentation Deployment link (if available) Evaluation Criteria: Innovation & Idea: 20% Technical Implementation: 40% UI/UX: 30% Presentation Skills: 10% ️Rules & Regulations: Participants must start development from scratch during the event Pre-written or copied projects are not allowed Only open-source libraries/tools are permitted All team members must be present during the evaluation Late submissions will not be accepted Submission time will be based on GitHub commit timestamp No modifications allowed after final submission Any form of misconduct or plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification Organizers’ decision will be final ️Additional Guidelines: Participants must bring their own laptops, chargers, and necessary setup Internet access may be provided if required Mentorship support may be available during the event ️ Mandatory Registration Process To successfully participate, follow these steps: 1.Register your team on Unstop2.Visit our official website:https://innovationx.us.cc3.Complete your team registration again on the website
