About CryptNite:
CryptNite is a national-level cybersecurity Capture The Flag (CTF) competition hosted by the SDG Club, Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. The event is designed to give students hands-on exposure to real-world cyber defense workflows such as threat detection, investigation, and response.
The competition is conducted in two phases:
Phase 1: Online Qualifiers
Teams will participate in a 60-minute online CTF consisting of medium-difficulty cybersecurity challenges.
The top 60 teams will qualify for the finals.
Phase 2: On-campus Finals (MIT Bengaluru)
Shortlisted teams will be invited to MIT Bengaluru for a live CTF and closing ceremony.

Finalists Announcement: 13 March 2026
Finals at MIT Bengaluru: 27 March 2026

Each team can register only once
