HackXplore India – National Level Hackathon 2026 is a 36-hour innovation-driven event organized by the IEEE SSIT Student Branch Chapter, VJIT, under the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology.
This hackathon brings together innovators, developers, and problem-solvers from across the country to build impactful solutions to real-world challenges. Participants will directly register and submit their ideas through the official form and compete in the final offline hackathon.
Participants will develop solutions based on the following themes:
Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems
Quantum & Hybrid Computing
Sustainability & Green-IT
Healthcare & Bio-Informatics
Cybersecurity & Trust
Selected teams will participate in a 36-hour offline hackathon, where they will build, refine, and present their solutions with mentorship and evaluation from experts.
Eligibility:
Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any recognized institution in India
Participants from all branches/specializations are eligible
Inter-college teams are allowed
Inter-specialization teams are allowed
Team Formation
Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members
Solo participation is not allowed
Cross-college collaboration is encouraged
Hackathon Format & Process
Registration + Idea Submission
Teams must:
Fill out the registration form
Submit their idea along with the problem statement
Deadline: 30th March 2026
Selection Notification
Selected teams will be notified by 5th April 2026
Only shortlisted teams will be invited to the final hackathon
Final Hackathon (Offline – 36 Hours)
Dates: 15th & 16th April 2026
Venue: VJIT, Hyderabad
Registration Fee
₹400 per participant (for IEEE Members)
₹450 per participant (for Non-IEEE Members)
Payment must be completed before 10th April 2026
The fee includes participation, mentorship, certificates, and event arrangements

Rules:
All teams must register and submit their idea through the official form before the deadline
Only shortlisted teams will be allowed to participate in the final hackathon
Teams must work on the idea submitted during registration (major deviations are not allowed)
Use of open-source tools, APIs, and libraries is allowed, but the solution must be original
Plagiarism or copied projects will lead to immediate disqualification
Teams must submit their final code and presentation within the given time
At least one team member must be present during all evaluation rounds
Any misconduct or violation of rules will result in disqualification
Judges’ decision will be final and binding
Organizers reserve the right to modify rules if required
