Celebrating a decade of innovation, C.S.I.-S.P.I.T. proudly presents the 10th Anniversary Edition of the Annual S.P.I.T. Hackathon 2026, an exciting platform for innovation and problem-solving. This 24-hour hackathon promises to bring together creativity, technology, and collaboration.
We invite all tech innovators and enthusiasts to showcase their skills, compete with the brightest minds, and develop solutions for real-world challenges. With an excellent lineup of mentors, experienced judges, and an attractive prize pool, this is an event you cannot miss!

Team Size: 2-4 Members
Domains: Web/App Development, AIML, Blockchain
Eligibility:
Open to all undergraduate students.
Note:
The team can consist of members from different colleges and branches.
Rounds Overview:
Round 1 is online and free for all participants. 75 teams will be shortlisted for Round 2.
Shortlisted teams for Round 2 will have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 400. Round 2 is the final round - the main hackathon that will be held at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology.
Round 1 Details:
Round 1 is free for all participants.
Participants will be provided with the problem statement upon registration.
After registration, a "submit" button will be visible at the top of the page where you can view the problem statement.
Participants are expected to submit an abstract solution to the problem statement provided.
The word count for the solution should be strictly between 200 to 500 words.
Plagiarism above 8% will lead to disqualification.
Submission Deadline of the abstract for Round 1: 6th February 2026, 11:59 PM
The shortlisted teams will be announced on 11th February 2026, 11:59 PM.
Round 2 Details:
Round 2 is the main offline hackathon that will be conducted at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology on the 21st and 22nd of February 2025.
Teams have to come up with innovative solutions to the assigned problem statement and will have 24 hours to prepare and present it to our panel of judges.
Industry experts will be providing mentorship to the teams during the hackathon.
Food and accommodation will be provided on the 21st and 22nd of February to all shortlisted participants.
Important Note:
The current problem statement is just for the abstract submission of Round 1 and will not be used in the hackathon. The actual problem statements will be entirely different and will be revealed later.
Fees:
Round 1 is completely free.
Round 2 has a fee of Rs. 400 for all shortlisted teams.

Total prize pool worth Rs. 2,50,000+
Certificate of excellence to 1 team in each domain
E-Certificate of participation to all teams
