This GTM Hackathon is a 7-day sprint where you will execute a real B2B Go-To-Market strategy from scratch.
The Format
Day 1 — ICP & GTM Systems Workshop (in-person)Define your ideal customer profile, structure your acquisition funnel, enrich leads, and prepare your outbound strategy.Day 2 — Campaign Setup & Launch (remote)Build your Clay workflows, prepare email and LinkedIn sequences, set up tracking, and launch your outreach campaigns.Day 2–7 — GTM SprintExecute independently, iterate messaging, qualify leads, generate replies, and push for booked calls and customer conversions.Day 7 — Final & Results (remote)Top 3 teams present their GTM strategy, funnel performance, learnings, and conversion results.
On Day 1, 2 and 6 it will be hosted between 18:00-21:00 in person (can be joined remotely but in-peron preferred).
