Welcome to an exciting collaboration between the GeeksforGeeks Classroom Program and Nerds Room! This exclusive hackathon is designed to challenge and inspire the brightest student minds to develop innovative and impactful solutions using real-world datasets. Participants will work on a problem statement provided by the organizers and build a project around it. Teams must start working on their solution as soon as the dataset is released, so that they arrive at the venue with a working prototype ready for presentation. At the venue, teams will go through the final evaluation round where they will present their solution to the judges. 📍 Venue Details Address:7th Floor, Sovereign Corporate TowerA-143, Sector 136, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305 🕒 Round A Structure 1️⃣ Student Entry (2:30 PM – 3:00 PM) Time: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM Participants will report to the venue, complete registration, and take their seats before the evaluation begins. 2️⃣ Project Evaluation (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM) Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Teams will present their completed projects to the judges. Projects will be evaluated based on: • Innovation• Functionality• Alignment with the theme• Technical implementation Each team will physically present their project and explain their solution to the judges. 3️⃣ Results Announcement (5:30 PM – 6:00 PM) Time: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM After evaluations are completed, the Top 3 teams will be announced. These teams will advance to Round B (Grand Finale) and may also receive recognition or prizes for their performance. 📌 Important Notes • Participants must prepare their project before coming to Round A• Teams should start working on the project immediately after registration once the dataset is released• Participants will get only 30 minutes at the venue for final touch-ups and submission• Round B will be the final round, which will take place on a later date (to be announced)• The Top 3 teams will compete in the Grand Finale with teams from other colleges across Delhi NCR The final winners will be selected based on the quality of their project and presentation. 🏆 Prizes 🥇 1st PositionAmazon Vouchers worth ₹2,000 for each team member 🥈 2nd PositionAmazon Vouchers worth ₹1,500 for each team member 🥉 3rd PositionAmazon Vouchers worth ₹1,000 for each team member 🎁 For All Participants • Hackathon T-Shirts• Bonus GeeksforGeeks Goodies• Digital Participation Certificates 📋 Rules • A team can consist of 1–3 members, one of whom will be the team leader• Teams must build a project around the given problem statement• All members must register with their WhatsApp number• Cross-year and cross-specialization teams are allowed• One student cannot be part of more than one team• Participants must be physically present at the venue during the event 📑 Guidelines • Source code must be submitted through a public GitHub repository• All submissions must be original and created during the hackathon period• Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification• Decisions by the organizing team and judges will be final and binding ⚖️ Judging Criteria Teams will submit their project solutions for evaluation.
