Event Timeline:
Registrations (1st May – 15th May, 5:00 PM IST): Register via Unstop; all team members must be registered before the deadline
Round 1 – Aptitude (From 1st May): Online test for Team Leader only
Round 2 – Project Submission (15th–17th May): Excel sheet submission with project details
Round 3 – Hackathon (17th–27th May): 10-day build window; problem statement revealed at start
Round 4 – Interview & Code Review (30th–31st May): Live evaluation with judges
Round 5 – Results: Declared within 5 business days post final round
Eligibility:
Open to students from any college/university
Team size: 1 to 3 members
Each participant must have a separate Unstop account
One participant can participate in only one team
No CGPA or degree restrictions
Registration Rules:
Registration is free and only valid through Unstop
Valid portfolio, GitHub, or project links are mandatory
Incomplete or fake submissions will be rejected
No registrations accepted after the deadline
Round 1 – Aptitude:
Only the Team Leader participates
Includes logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and programming basics
External help or collaboration is strictly prohibited
Round 2 – Project Submission:
Team Leader submits a single Excel sheet for all members

All projects must be:
Fully deployed and functional
Publicly accessible
Linked with public GitHub repositories
Broken or private links will not be considered
Round 3 – Hackathon:
10-day development window
Problem statement released at the official start time

Participants may use:
Any technology stack
Open-source libraries (must be disclosed)
AI tools for support only
Submission Requirements:
Live deployed project link
Public GitHub repository with commit history
Demo video (3–5 minutes)
README documentation
Short project write-up (100–200 words)
Round 4 – Interview & Code Review:
15–20 minute live session with judges
Teams explain architecture, logic, and decisions
Attendance is mandatory for prize eligibility
Round 5 – Results:
Results shared via Unstop and email
Judges' decisions are final

Code Quality – 25 points
Functionality – 25 points
UI/UX Design – 20 points
Tech Stack – 15 points
Documentation – 10 points
Demo & Presentation – 5 points
Participation Rules:

No external assistance
No pre-built or copied projects
No plagiarism
No public sharing of problem statements or solutions
Code Of Conduct:
Maintain professionalism throughout the event
No harassment or disrespectful behavior
Do not contact judges directly
Report issues only through Unstop
Disqualification Criteria:
Plagiarism or copied work
Fake profiles or multiple registrations
Missing mandatory rounds
Misconduct or rule violations
Fully AI-generated submissions without originality
AI Tools Policy:
AI tools are allowed for assistance
Core implementation must be original
Overdependence on AI may result in penalties
Intellectual Property:
Participants retain ownership of their work
Organizers may showcase projects with credits
Third-party tools/assets must be credited
General Terms:
Organizers may update rules when necessary
Continued participation implies acceptance
Final decisions rest with organizers
Participants are responsible for internet and device setup
