Overview:
This competition aims to encourage creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills among participants by challenging them to propose and develop impactful solutions. The event runs from 15 November to 20 November, giving participants ample time to ideate, collaborate, and present their best work.
Guidelines:
Eligibility:
Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Students from any specialization/stream can participate.
Inter-college teams are allowed.
Inter-specialization / inter-department teams are allowed.
No prior experience required.
Team Formation:
Team size: 1 to 6 members.
Solo participation is allowed.
Teams can be formed across different colleges or branches.
Once registered, team changes are not allowed.
Event Format:
The event will be conducted in multiple stages between 15 Nov – 20 Nov:
Round 1 – Idea Submission:
Participants submit an abstract/idea.
Format: PDF or short write-up.
Duration: 15 Nov – 16 Nov.
Round 2 – Development / Problem Solving:
Teams work on their prototype, research, PPT, or coding solution.
Number of problem statements: 1 main problem (or multiple, if provided by the organizers).
Duration: 17 Nov – 19 Nov.
Round 3 – Final Presentation:
Teams present their final solution.
Format: PPT presentation + demonstration (if applicable).
Time allotted per team: 8–12 minutes + Q&A.
Date: 20 Nov.
Process:
Participants must register before 15 November.
Teams submit all files digitally before deadlines.
Evaluation will be based on:
Innovation and creativity
Practical feasibility
Problem understanding
Presentation clarity
Technical depth (if applicable)
Shortlisting will be done after each round.
Rules:
All submitted ideas must be original and free from plagiarism.
All team members must contribute fairly.
No team member changes allowed after registration.
Deadlines must be followed strictly—late submissions may lead to disqualification.
External help must be declared; unfair means will result in removal.
Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
Additional Information:
Certificates will be provided to all participants (optional: winners only).
Prizes may be awarded depending on event structure.
Communication and updates will be shared via email or WhatsApp group.
Participants must ensure the format and file names follow given instructions.
