About The Event:
VibeCraft is a two-round technical team competition that tests participant's core computer science knowledge and practical web development skills.
Round 1 is a quiz-based elimination stage featuring MCQs from Object-Oriented Programming, Computer Networks, DBMS, and fundamental Data Structures & Algorithms. Teams are ranked based on accuracy and completion time, and top performers advance to the next round.
In Round 2,The Vibe Coding Round - qualified teams design and develop a webpage based on a given problem statement within a fixed time limit. Submissions are evaluated on functionality, creativity, code quality, UI/UX, and timely completion.
Part 1: Quiz Round
Registered participants compete in a technical MCQ-based quiz.
The quiz will include questions from core subjects, such as:
Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
Computer Networks (CN)
Database Management Systems (DBMS)
Basic concepts of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)
The quiz will be conducted on Mentimeter in teams of 1 to 3 members.Based on scores and completion time, top-performing teams will qualify for the second round.Results will be based on accuracy as well as time taken
Part 2: Vibe Coding Round
Qualified teams will advance to the Vibe Coding
Each team will be given an innovative problem statement.
Participants are required to:
Design and develop a webpage
Implement and integrate prescribed features using creative and efficient coding approaches
The round will be conducted within a fixed time limit.
The final product will be evaluated based on:
Functionality
Innovation and creativity
Code quality
User interface and user experience
Time taken to complete the task
The team with the best overall performance will be declared the winner.

Participants must complete registration before the specified deadline.
The Quiz Round will be conducted digitally.
Teams will be evaluated based on accuracy and time taken.
Only qualified teams will advance to Round 2.
In the final round, teams must build a webpage based on the given problem statement.
Internet usage guidelines (if applicable) will be announced during the event.
Any form of plagiarism or unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
