Your code speaks 2025 is a 2-round innovation challenge designed to push students to solve real-world problems using technology, creativity, and rapid prototyping. Participants will first submit their ideas through a PPT in Round 1, and shortlisted teams will compete in a 12-hour live hackathon hosted on Discord in Round 2.
Eligibility:
Open to all college students, graduates, and early professionals.
Inter-college teams are allowed.
Inter-college teams are allowed.
Team Size: 1 to 4 members.
A participant can be part of only one team.
General Guidelines:
The hackathon consists of 2 rounds.
Participants must choose any 1 of the 3 problem statements provided.
All submissions must be original and developed during the hackathon.
Plagiarism in PPT or prototype will lead to disqualification.
Teams must adhere to the deadlines for each round.
Judges' decisions will be final and binding.

Smart Community Monitoring SystemBuild a scalable digital tool to monitor waste management, utilities, safety, or public issue reporting.
AI-Powered Study & Productivity CompanionCreate an AI assistant that helps students with planning, reminders, analytics, and resource suggestions.
Digital Health Record & Monitoring PlatformDesign a secure system for patients and doctors to store, update, and track health information digitally.
Competition Format & Process:
Round 1: Submit website link (Online)
Mode: Online (via Unstop)
Submission Requirement:
Just a website link you published on lovable (prefered because further it will be useful because it's a vibe coding hackathon) or anywhere else.
Duration: 7–10 days (editable as per your schedule)

Shortlisting:
Top teams (based on capacity) will qualify for Round 2.
Round 2: 12-Hour Live Hack (Discord):
Mode: Online, hosted on Discord
Duration: 12 hours continuous (e.g., 10 AM to 10 PM)
Tasks:
Convert your idea into a working prototype.
Submit GitHub repo link + final demo PPT/video.
Present a 5–7 minute live demo to judges on Discord.
Mentorship:
Mentors will join the Discord channels periodically to guide teams.

Rules:
Each team must choose only one problem statement.
All work for Round 2 must be done within the 12-hour hack duration.
Use of pre-built open-source libraries is allowed; complete pre-made solutions are not.
Submissions must be original—any plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Github Copilot) is allowed.
Teams must be present in the Discord server throughout Round 2.
No changes in team members are allowed after registration.
Judges’ decisions will be final and cannot be challenged.
