Unplugged:
Unplugged is a 24-hour national-level hackathon organized by DJS IETE-SF, the official student chapter of the Electronics and Telecommunication (EXTC) Department at Dwarkadas Jivanlal Sanghvi College of Engineering (DJSCE), Mumbai, in collaboration with DJS Microminds, the VLSI and Semiconductor Design community of the institute.
The event aims to bring together some of India’s brightest hardware enthusiasts, electronics innovators, and problem-solvers. Unplugged provides a high-energy platform for participants to build real-world hardware solutions, experiment with circuits and embedded systems, and collaborate with like-minded peers.
Unplugged promotes hands-on innovation, technical excellence, and creative engineering, encouraging participants to tackle challenging problems in a competitive yet collaborative environment.

Guidelines:
Duration: The hackathon will last 24 hours.
Domain: The particpating team must choose only one domain to work on.
Problem Statement: Participating teams will be required to present a solution to the given problem statement.
Eligibility: Open to all students pursuing BTech, BE, or any technical diploma courses.
Team Composition: Teams must have 3 to 6 members.
Intercollegiate Teams: Participants can form teams with members from different colleges.
Stay: Accommodation will be provided at the college premises only for teams qualifying for the final round.
Round 1: A presentation round where students submit a presentation for the given problem statement. A template will be provided.
Round 2: Shortlisted teams will present at the venue, where they will receive the next 20% of the problem statement to simulate a solution. These teams will have direct access to DJ Spark.
Round 3: The final round will involve the shortlisted teams from Round 2, who will receive the remaining 60% of the problem statement. They must develop and present the final model to the judges.
Rules:
Only one member from each team should register for the competition.
Any unavailability of components will be communicated to the teams before the event dates.
A person cannot be a member of more than one team.
Any attempt to attack the host system in unintended ways will lead to disqualification.
Teams must work independently. Sharing answers or collaborating with other teams will be considered cheating.
No team is allowed to leave the college premises after 9 PM.
Prohibited substances: Alcohol, e-cigarettes, vapes, and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
Posting queries on public forums will not be entertained.
Unethical means of finding solutions will result in disqualification.
Teams will be held accountable for any damages caused to lab equipment or college property.
The decision of the judges will be final.
All registration details must be accurate. No changes will be allowed afterward.
