Aaarohan 1.0 is a premier two-stage hackathon designed to challenge students to build innovative solutions for real-world problems. From conceptualization to a 24-hour rapid implementation phase, teams will compete to create impactful MVPs across four critical themes.
Themes:
Participants must select or define a problem statement under one of the following tracks:
Crowd Management: Tech-driven solutions for safety and logistics.
Agriculture: Innovations in farming, supply chain, or sustainability.
Education: Tools to enhance learning accessibility and quality.
Healthcare: Digital health, diagnostics, or patient care management.
Cybersecurity: Protecting digital infrastructure, data privacy, and ethical hacking.
Competition Rules:
Originality: The work must be original and developed specifically for the hackathon. Pre-existing projects are not permitted for Round 2.
Collaboration: Teams must add the CSI organization as a collaborator on their project repository (GitHub).
Presence: For Round 2, all team members must be present onsite at the designated venue labs.
Hardware/Software: Participants must bring their own laptops and necessary peripherals.
Conduct: Any form of plagiarism or unethical behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
Guidelines & Eligibility:
Team Size: Each team must consist of 3–4 members.
Inter-College Teams: Allowed (Open to students from different institutions).
Inter-Specialization Teams: Allowed (Cross-departmental collaboration is encouraged).
Problem Statements: Teams must define one specific problem statement under their chosen theme.
Format: Two Rounds (Round 1: Virtual PPT Submission; Round 2: 24-Hour Onsite Implementation).
