Organizers
ENNOVATE is a National-level Project Competition organized by the Electrolitz Students’ Society at Ramdeobaba University. The event provides a platform for students to showcase innovative ideas, technical projects, and creative solutions to real-world problems.
Projects from both Hardware and Software categories are accepted, encouraging participants to present solutions in areas such as electronics systems, embedded technologies, AI/ML applications, software platforms, automation, and other emerging technologies.
The previous edition, ENNOVATE’25, received an overwhelming response from students across multiple institutions and featured Unlimited project entries, highlighting the strong innovation and creativity among participants.
Eligibility
The Project Competition is open to Undergraduate (UG) and Polytechnic students from Ramdeobaba University as well as other colleges.
Team Participation
Inter-college teams: Allowed (participants from different colleges can collaborate).
Inter-specialization teams: Allowed (students from different branches or academic disciplines can form a team).
Competition Format
Participants will present working models or innovative technical projects under either the Hardware or Software category.
Projects will be evaluated based on:
Innovation and creativity
Technical implementation
Practical application and feasibility
Clarity of presentation and explanation
Selection Process
Round 1 – Initial ScreeningParticipants will submit their project details during registration. The submitted entries will be reviewed by the evaluation panel and shortlisted for the next round.
Round 2 – Offline Final PresentationShortlisted teams will be invited to present their working models or demonstrations in front of the judging panel during the event at Ramdeobaba University.
Duration of Rounds
Round 1: Online screening of submitted project details.
Round 2: Offline presentation during the event day with a fixed presentation time allotted to each team.
Rules
Projects must be original work developed by the participants.
Entries may belong to either Hardware or Software categories.
Participants must adhere to the allotted presentation time during the final round.
Any form of plagiarism or unethical practice will lead to disqualification.
Participants must follow the guidelines and instructions provided by the organizing committee.
The decision of the judges and organizers will be final.
Important Note
After Round 1, shortlisted teams will be invited for the offline final round.A mandatory entry fee of ₹250 per team will be applicable for participation in the offline round.
