XYPHERIA 2026 – National Level 24-Hour Hackathon

Organized by the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Alva’s Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mangaluru, in association with C-Maniax, XYPHERIA 2026 is a national-level 24-hour hackathon designed to bring together innovative minds from across the country.
This event provides a platform for students to ideate, design, and develop impactful solutions to real-world problems across multiple domains. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate, build prototypes, and present their solutions to a panel of evaluators.

Team Requirements
Each team must consist of 2 to 4 members
Inter-college teams are allowed
Each team can submit only one idea
Prize Pool
Total Prize Pool: ₹45,000
Selection Process
Round 1: Idea Screening (Online)
Teams are required to submit a presentation outlining their idea. Submissions will be evaluated based on:
Innovation and originality
Feasibility of implementation
Relevance and potential impact
Round 2: Final Hackathon (Offline)
Shortlisted teams will be invited to participate in a 24-hour on-campus hackathon, where they will build a working prototype. Final evaluation will be conducted by a panel of judges.
Guidelines
Participants must bring their own laptops and necessary resources
Internet access and basic facilities will be provided at the venue
Detailed instructions will be shared with shortlisted teams
