Round 1: Submission Round
Participants must submit their project idea, prototype, or solution before the specified deadline.
Submissions should clearly outline the problem statement, approach, technology stack, and expected impact.
Teams must ensure that their submission is original, free from plagiarism, and developed solely for this hackathon.
The judging panel will evaluate submissions based on innovation, feasibility, technical depth, and clarity of thought.
Shortlisted teams will advance to the next round.
Round 2: Presentation Round (at IIT Madras)
Selected teams will be invited to IIT Madras for the final presentation round.
Teams must present their solution through a live demo, prototype walkthrough, or pitch deck.
Judges may ask questions to assess understanding, implementation, and scalability.
Evaluation criteria will include creativity, completeness, presentation quality, problem-solving approach, and real-world applicability.
Winners will be announced based on overall performance.
General Rules
Teams must adhere to the timelines and instructions provided by the organizers.
Any form of plagiarism or pre-existing code without disclosure may lead to disqualification.
Respectful behaviour, teamwork, and sportsmanship are expected throughout the event.
Decisions made by the judging panel and organizers will be final.
