Overview:
Coding Carnival is a high-intensity, multi-round technical competition designed to challenge students in programming, analytical thinking, and real-time problem-solving.
Unlike conventional coding contests, Coding Carnival evaluates participants across multiple dimensions of computer science—including speed, logical reasoning, debugging expertise, algorithmic efficiency, reverse engineering, and cryptographic analysis.
The competition simulates real-world technical pressure, requiring participants to think critically, write optimized code, debug under constraints, and analyze complex logical patterns within strict time limits.
The mission of Coding Carnival is to strengthen core programming fundamentals while fostering teamwork, strategic thinking, and competitive excellence. Through hands-on challenges and performance-based evaluation.
Rules & Guidelines:
Most rounds use objective automated scoring
CodeSprint & Bug Bounty evaluated by judges based on:
Logical approach
Code efficiency
Solution quality
Tie-breakers resolved using time efficiency
Rules & Guidelines:
All code must be original
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited
Internet usage and external assistance are not permitted
Hard-coding outputs without logic is not allowed
Multiple correct approaches are allowed if logically valid
Judges’ decisions will be final
Registration Instructions:
Teams can register directly through Unstop
Individual participants will be assigned teams on-site
