GCET Hackathon 2026, a 24-hour coding marathon where talent meets technology and innovation knows no bounds! Whether you're a student, fresher, or coding enthusiast, this is your chance to showcase your skills, push your limits, and craft innovative solutions to surprise problem statements.
Eligibility:
Open to all tech students, freshers, and coding enthusiasts (Age: 18+)
No prior experience required – just your passion for coding!
Teams of up to 4 members are allowed (cross-institutional teams are welcome)
All programming languages are welcome
What’s expected from you:
Use real-time or dynamic data sources (avoid relying on static JSON unless for prototyping)
Create a responsive and clean UI
Validate user input robustly
Use version control (Git) properly
Optional: Design backend APIs, model data, and set up a local database
Optional: Plan for offline or local solutions
Use trendy technologies only if they add real value
Prizes:
Winner: ₹45,000 + Goodies + Certificate
1st Runner-up: ₹35,000 + Goodies + Certificate
2nd Runner-up: ₹25,000 + Goodies + Certificate
Exceptional performers may receive a job offer up to ₹8 LPA
