Welcome to our April edition of TechTable by Vention! We’re excited to invite you to the next iteration of our exclusive dinners, hosted at the best restaurants in the Bay Area. With more than 20 years of experience spanning software engineering and technical leadership, Mike brings both the depth of a seasoned practitioner and the strategic perspective of an executive who has navigated real-world complexity at scale. He's currently driving AI-powered transformation across Glassdoor's engineering practices and recruiting products, including LLM-powered experiences serving tens of millions of users. Beyond his work at Glassdoor, Mike is an active seed investor and advisor to B2B SaaS startups, a pilot, and a father of three young boys.
