About Codekshetra:
CODEKSHETRA is a 24-hour intensive offline software hackathon designed to test innovation, technical expertise, and execution capability under real-time constraints.The event brings together undergraduate engineering students from across India to build impactful, theme-driven solutions addressing emerging technological and societal challenges.
Participants are evaluated not just on ideas, but on their ability to:
Convert concepts into working prototypes
Collaborate effectively in teams
Apply modern technologies appropriately
Present solutions with clarity and impact
Perform under time pressure
Event Format:
Round 1: Online Idea Submission
Duration: 13 February 2026 – 25 February 2026
Teams submitted their project abstract through Unstop in the prescribed format
Requirements:
Strict alignment with one selected theme
Clear problem definition
Feasible technical approach
Practical implementation roadmap
Shortlisted teams were invited to the offline final round.
Final Round: Offline Implementation
Date & Time: 6 March 2026 (11:00 AM) – 7 March 2026 (11:00 AM)
Duration: 24 Hours (Continuous Development)
Guidelines:
All development must take place during the 24-hour window
Teams must build the project from scratch at the venue
Internet access permitted (subject to event rules)
AI tools allowed, but implementation must be understood and justified
Eligibility & Team Structure:
Undergraduate engineering students across India
Team size: 2–4 members
Interdisciplinary teams are encouraged
Each team must register under only one theme
Hackathon Themes:
Participants must register their project under one of the following themes:
Agriculture Technology (AgriTech):Develop innovative solutions for smart farming, precision agriculture, crop monitoring, yield prediction, food supply chain optimization, and sustainable agricultural practices.
Healthcare Technology (HealthTech):Create digital health platforms, remote patient monitoring systems, AI-based diagnostics, healthcare accessibility tools, or smart hospital management solutions.
Education Technology (EdTech):Design intelligent learning platforms, personalized education systems, immersive or AI-powered learning tools, and digital solutions to enhance accessibility and quality education.
FinTech:Build secure digital payment systems, fraud detection mechanisms, blockchain-based financial platforms, investment tools, or solutions promoting financial inclusion.
AI-Driven Social Impact:Develop AI-powered solutions addressing real-world societal challenges such as environmental sustainability, public service optimization, accessibility, women empowerment, or digital inclusion.
Projects must strictly align with the selected theme.
Judging Criteria:
Innovation: Originality, uniqueness, and relevance of idea – 30%
Functionality: Working prototype, reliability, and performance – 30%
Technical Complexity: Use of advanced technologies, system architecture, scalability – 20%
Presentation & Impact: Clarity, communication, practicality, and real-world applicability – 20%
Accommodation & Facilities:
Shared accommodation provided
Participants must follow hostel and institute regulations
Night interactive sessions and networking activities planned
Basic facilities available on campus during the event
