Please join the discord WiFi Please only connect ONE device to a WiFi network for the duration of the event, and turn off WiFi on all other devices. This is to conserve bandwidth and ensure all hackers can use the tools needed to produce the best submission possible. There are two WiFi networks available - Eduroam and The Cloud, please only connect to ONE. If you can use Eduroam, please connect to that network to allow as much capacity as possible for those who cannot. Instructions for joining The Cloud if needed Hackathon Rules - Maximum Team Size of 3 - Can only submit to 1 Main Track. - Can only submit to a maximum of 2 non-main tracks. Schedule *For room references e.g L1 or C2 see the Map below the schedule.* **Friday** - 18:00 - Doors open - 19:00 - Keynote in L1 and L2 - 20:15 - Workshops, Flare in L4, Sui in L5, WeRate in L6 - 21:30 - Dinner **Saturday** - 09:00 - Breakfast - 12:00 - Rabot Effectful Programming QnA, L6 - 13:00 - Lunch, Paella, served at the front of the building. - 14:00 - Flare Technical Workshop, L6 - 15:00 - Ledger Workshop, 100+ Wallet Giveaway, L6 - 19:00 - Dinner, Pizza, served at the front of the building. **Sunday** - 10:00 - Brunch - !!!12:00 - Submission Deadline!!! - 14:00 to 16:00 - Selected Projects pitch to Main Track Judges in C1, C2, C3 or C4 - 17:00 - Closing Ceremony + Winners Announced, L1 - 18:00 - Hackathon Ends Venue Map Health + Safety - Please don't move furniture, plug extension leads into each other, or sleep outside of the designated sleeping rooms. - If there are any spillages, any electrical outlets stop working / spark, any part of the building is damaged or anyone is injured, please alert a member of staff immediately. - The front doors to the venue lock at midnight, if you need to leave and return then please ensure someone inside the building knows you are leaving so you can be let back in. - Please do not vape or smoke near the building. The smoking area is next to the main road when you leave out of the front of the building.
