Students from all B.E./B.Tech. disciplines can participate.
Inter-college teams are not allowed.
Inter-specialization teams are allowed.
Three problem statements will be announced at the venue.
The hackathon will consist of a single round conducted at the venue.

Hackathon Regulations:
Venue & Attendance: Participants must remain within the campus premises throughout the hackathon. Leaving the venue without permission from the organizing committee is not allowed except in emergencies.
Problem Statement: Problem statements will be released on the day of the hackathon and circulated through the official WhatsApp community for all three themes.
Evaluation Process: The hackathon will have two rounds of evaluation:
Round 1: Conducted after the first 8 hours, where teams present their progress. Based on judges' evaluation, some teams will be eliminated.
Round 2: The final evaluation will be held on the second day morning, where the shortlisted teams present their completed solutions.
Food & Provisions: Participants may order food after informing a volunteer. Basic food and rest provisions will also be arranged by the organizing committee.
Internet & Resources: Internet access will be provided at the venue. Participants must bring their own laptops and necessary accessories.
Respect & Conduct: Participants must maintain a respectful and collaborative environment and treat college property responsibly.
Academic Integrity: All projects must be original and developed during the hackathon. Plagiarism or previously completed work is strictly prohibited.
Judging Decision: The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.
Disqualification: Violation of any rules may lead to immediate disqualification from the event.
Refund Policy: All registrations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
GitHub Rules:
Participants must submit their GitHub username after registration.
A repository will be created under the ADVAYA GitHub Organization on hackathon day.
All work must be done only in the assigned repository.
Work must start only after the official hackathon start time.
GitHub bots may monitor commit activity to ensure fair play.
Using pre-existing repositories or starting work before the official start time may result in disqualification.
