Round 1: Online PPT Submission:

Description:
Register your team and submit a presentation explaining your proposed solution.
Clearly outline your idea, approach, and implementation strategy.
Only shortlisted teams will qualify for Round 2.
A google form will be provided for ppt submissions on 5th Feb 2026.
Round 2: Offline Hackathon:
Date: 14th February 2026

Venue: Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT), Hyderabad
Description:
An immersive offline hackathon where teams will build working prototypes to solve real-world challenges.
Collaborate, innovate, and present your solution to an expert jury on the final day.
Problem Statement Domains:
Teams may choose one domain for their solution:
AI & Intelligent Systems:
AI/ML/DL, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Digital Twins, Healthcare, Smart Grids
Digital & Immersive Technologies:
Web & Mobile Apps, UI/UX Platforms, AR/VR/XR, Interactive Digital Solutions
IoT, Hardware & Robotics:
IoT & IIoT, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Smart Cities, Hardware Solutions, 5G & Beyond
GreenTech & Sustainability:
Renewable Energy, Green Engineering, Water Treatment, Biofuels, Advanced Batteries, EVs, Sustainable Manufacturing
Eligibility Criteria:
Participants must be engineering college students
Team size: 3–4 members
Teams from CBIT are encouraged to include at least one member from a different college(not mandatory)
If a shortlisted team member from another college is unable to attend Round 2 offline:
One such member may participate online
This will not affect the team’s evaluation
Only one online participant is permitted per team, and must not be from CBIT
All other team members must be present offline
Teams are encouraged to include at least one female participant (not mandatory)

Team of 3 Members: 400/-
Team of 4 members: 500/-
