About the Event:
INSOMNIA organised by AXIS’26 in collaboration with ACM VNIT, is a 24-hour overnight hackathon, designed to push participants beyond conventional limits of creativity, collaboration, and endurance. The event challenges teams to ideate, design, and develop real-world, impactful technology solutions within a continuous 24-hour innovation.
Hackathon Theme and Problem Statement
INSOMNIA, 24-Hour Hackathon, will be conducted as a problem-statement-based hackathon.
Participants must appear in a team and choose one problem statement from the set of problem statements provided during the hackathon.
Team Composition
Team Size: 2 to 4 members per team
No individual participation allowed
Cross domain teams (developers, designers, ML enthusiasts, etc) are encouraged
Each participant can only belong to one team
Event Duration and Format:
Total Duration: 24 Hours (Continuous) + final evaluation and presentation
Mode: Offline
The evaluation of the hackathon work would be done in 2-3 phases which would be conveyed to the participants before the event.
Technology Stack
Teams are free to choose any technology stack, programming language, or platform
Use of AI is permitted
Rules and Regulations
All development must occur during the hackathon duration only
Teams must bring their own laptops and required hardware (Participants should carry ethernet cablesand adapter)
