All that you need to know about Tech Expo 2026 – The Project Expo!: Event Details: Dates: 3rd & 4th February 2026 Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Venue: Parul University Campus, Vadodara, Gujarat Mode: Round 1 (Online) : PPT Submissions (Shortlisted teams will recieve mail for offline round) Final Round (Offline) : Onsite prototype / presentation. Team & Eligibility: Team Size: 1 – 5 members per project Inter-college teams: Allowed for every institutes Inter-specialization teams: Strongly encouraged Open to: Students pursuing Diploma/UG/PG and external institutes across India Event Format: Teams present a working project, prototype, or conceptual demo Presentation must cover: Project overview Problem statement & objectives Proposed solution & workflow Technical implementation / methodology Working model/demo (if applicable) Expected outcomes & impact Time allotted: 10–12 minutes stall presentation/demo 5–8 minutes Q&A by evaluators, plus open interaction with visitors Prize Pool: External teams: 3 Special Recognition Awards Special: People’s Choice Award (visitor voting) Participation: Hard copy certificates for all teams selected for Final Round Opportunity: Internships + project opportunities based on your performance.
