ABOUT EVENT
CSS Battle is a fast-paced frontend competition designed to test your HTML and CSS skills under pressure.
Participants will be provided with a target design and must recreate it as accurately as possible using only HTML and CSS within the allotted time. The challenge rewards precision, creativity, optimization, and efficient coding practices.
Whether you're a beginner exploring frontend development or an experienced web designer aiming for pixel-perfect execution, CSS Battle offers the perfect platform to showcase your skills.
Judging will focus on visual accuracy, code quality, responsiveness, and innovative CSS techniques.
Compete against the best developers, sharpen your frontend expertise, and prove your mastery of modern web design.
ELIGIBILITY
• Open to all students interested in web development and frontend technologies.• Participants from any college, university, branch, or specialization are eligible.• Both beginners and experienced frontend developers are welcome.
PARTICIPATION
• Individual Participation Only.• Each participant can register only once.
EVENT FORMAT
• Participants will be provided with one or more target designs.• The objective is to recreate the design as accurately as possible using HTML and CSS.• JavaScript is not allowed unless explicitly stated by organizers.• Participants must submit their source code before the deadline.• Internet access may be allowed for documentation and references.

RULES
• Only HTML and CSS may be used unless otherwise specified.• External templates and pre-built solutions are prohibited.• Copying another participant's work will lead to disqualification.• Participants must submit original code created during the event.• Judges may inspect source code during evaluation.• Organizers reserve the right to reject incomplete or invalid submissions.• Judges' decisions will be final.
