ByteMe CTF is a medieval fantasy–inspired cybersecurity Capture The Flag (CTF) competition where logic, skill, and strategy determine victory. Participants will tackle real-world security challenges, decode mysteries, and compete to prove their dominance in a battlefield of cyber intellect.

Eligibility Criteria:
Open only to undergraduate students
Inter-college participation is allowed
Inter-specialization team members are allowed
Each participant can register only once
Team Formation:
Participation can be:
Team of up to 2 members
Team size must follow registration guidelines on Unstop
Challenge Domains:
Participants will solve challenges across the following cybersecurity domains:
Web: Web application security & vulnerabilities
Cryptography: Ciphers, ancient encoding, and cryptographic puzzles
Forensics: Digital investigation and artifact analysis
Reverse Engineering: Binary analysis and logic reversal
OSINT: Open-source intelligence and investigation
AI / Blockchain: AI logic, smart systems, and blockchain concepts
SQL / Database: Database exploitation and query-based challenges
Round 1: Online Round:
Mode: Online
Type: Submission-based round
Participants must submit solutions as per instructions shared on Unstop
Shortlisting will be done based on accuracy and performance
Round 2: Offline CTF Finals:
Mode: Offline at PCCOE Campus
Shortlisted participants/teams from Round 1 will compete in the final CTF round
Teams will solve live Jeopardy-style cybersecurity challenges
Rules:
Use of unfair means or plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification
Participants must adhere strictly to the competition guidelines
Any attempt to disrupt systems or violate rules will lead to disqualification
The decision of the organizing committee is final and binding
Result Declaration:
Final results will be announced on Unstop
Selected participants will also be informed via email
