The BOS Hackathon: Building Bitcoin Smart Contracts with the BitcoinOS Stack

The BOS Hackathon is BitcoinOS’s first builder-focused event - a four-week challenge connecting Bitcoin’s strength with the programmability of leading UTXO chains like Cardano and Litecoin. Through BOS’s core technologies - Grail Pro, zkBTC, and Charms - developers will pioneer the next wave of programmable Bitcoin, expanding the UTXO model into a multichain future powered by zero-knowledge proofs and Wasm-based smart contracts. Builders will gain hands-on experience, mentorship from both BOS and Charms core developers and founders, and the opportunity to shape the foundations of Bitcoin’s compute era.
