Eligibility: Open to all UG, Diploma, and PG students.
Team Composition:
Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members
Inter-year teams: Allowed
Inter-branch team members: Allowed
Inter-college team members: Allowed
Rounds & Format:
Round 1 :
Problem statements along with the official presentation template will be released in the third week of February.
Teams must prepare and submit their idea proposals strictly using the provided template.
Proposals will be evaluated on innovation, technical approach, feasibility, scalability, novelty, and impact.
Last date for PPT submission: 21st March 2026.
The top 30 teams will be shortlisted for Round 2.
Shortlist announcement: 28th March 2026 (tentative).
Round 2 :
Round 2 will be conducted offline at the COEP Technological University campus in Pune on the 4th and 5th of April 2026.
Selected teams will develop a working prototype based on their submitted idea.
The hackathon will conclude with a final presentation and demo before the judges.
Meals and accommodation will be provided for the event duration.

AI-Powered Translation Studio
Develop an intelligent translation platform that validates source quality, reuses past translations using RAG, enforces glossary and style rules, and continuously learns from approved corrections to improve translation consistency and efficiency.
US Healthcare EDI Parser & X12 File Validator (837 / 835 / 834)
Build a web application that parses, validates, and audits healthcare EDI files (claims, remittance, enrollment). The system should detect errors, provide plain-language explanations, suggest corrections, and include an AI assistant for contextual queries and summaries.
AI Email Coordination Assistant
Create an autonomous AI email assistant that reads availability emails, coordinates meeting schedules, creates Google Calendar events, and provides contextual thread updates — operating as a digital executive assistant.
AI-Powered Autonomous Drone Response for Urban Safety
Design a simulation-based urban safety system that detects incidents from video feeds, dispatches the nearest drone automatically, and visualizes real-time drone movement and alerts on a command dashboard.
