Event Details: Date: January 23rd - 24th, 2026 Mode: Offline Location: Parul University, Waghodia, Vadodara Registration Deadline: December 30th, 2025 General Guidelines:For Tracks and Problem Statements: LinkFor Sample PPT: Link Team Formation: Teams can consist of 2 to 4 members. Project Submission: All projects must be submitted as a PowerPoint presentation by the designated deadline. Submissions should include: A concise description of the project Relevant documentation Code of Conduct: A respectful and inclusive environment must be maintained at all times. Participants are expected to adhere to Parul University’s rules and regulations. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Eligibility: The hackathon is open to students from across India. Participants must register in advance to confirm their spot. Team Shortlisting: Teams will be shortlisted based on their PPT submissions. Shortlisted teams will be announced on January 5th, 2026. Project Requirements: All projects must be original and developed during the hackathon. Judging Criteria: Projects will be evaluated based on: Creativity Functionality Technical complexity Presentation The judges' decisions will be final and binding. Resources: Participants must bring their own laptops and any additional equipment they may need. Internet access and power outlets will be provided.
