IdeaSpark 2.0: The Ultimate Innovation Pitch Arena
IdeaSpark 2.0 is a dynamic idea presentation and innovation challenge conducted as part of INNOVATEX 4.0. The event provides a platform for participants to transform innovative ideas into structured, compelling proposals.
Participants are expected to develop solutions addressing real-world challenges across technology, business, sustainability, or emerging domains. Teams must clearly present their concepts, justify feasibility, and demonstrate measurable impact.
The competition evaluates creativity, strategic thinking, practicality, scalability, and presentation skills in a competitive and intellectually stimulating environment.
Eligibility:
Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from recognized colleges
Students from all technical and interdisciplinary domains are encouraged to participate
Valid college ID card is mandatory
Team Composition:
Team size: 1–3 members
Inter-college teams allowed
Inter-specialization teams allowed
Each participant can be part of only one team
Teams must remain present together during evaluation
Competition Format:
Structured idea presentation and evaluation challenge
Teams pitch innovative concepts to a panel of judges

Idea Submission / Registration:
Teams must register as per organizer instructions
A brief summary submission may be required before the event
Presentation Round:
Fixed time allotted for each team
Presentation must include:
Clear problem statement
Proposed solution
Feasibility analysis
Potential impact
Q&A and Evaluation:
Judges will conduct a question-and-answer session
Teams must defend their concept with logical reasoning and technical clarity
Highest overall score determines the winner
Time limits for presentation and Q&A will be strictly enforced
Technical / Presentation Specifications:
Slides or visual prototypes may be used if permitted
Ideas must be original and developed by the participating team
Plagiarized or copied business models are strictly prohibited
Prototypes, if presented, must function properly during evaluation
Submission Guidelines:
Pre-submissions (if required) must follow the specified format and deadline
Final presentations must be submitted before evaluation begins
Non-compliance may result in disqualification
Fair Play & Conduct:
Strict adherence to fair-play policy
Prohibited actions include:
Presenting plagiarized ideas
Misrepresenting data or feasibility claims
Disrupting other teams
Seeking unauthorized external assistance
Violations will lead to immediate disqualification
Professional and respectful conduct is mandatory

Judges’ and organizers’ decisions will be final and binding.
Technical Issues:
Teams must immediately inform organizers in case of technical problems
Additional time may be granted only if the issue is verified as system-related
