Part 1: Online Idea Submission
The hackathon is open to all eligible participants.
Participants must register before the specified deadline.
Teams must consist of 2–5 members.
Each team is required to submit:
Problem Statement
Proposed Solution / Idea
Brief explanation in PPT format
The submitted idea must be original and must not be copied from any existing source.
All submissions must be completed before the given deadline. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Shortlisted teams will be notified through email or an official announcement.
Part 2: Prototype Submission
Only teams shortlisted from Round 1 are eligible to participate in this round.
Teams must develop a working prototype or demo model based on the idea submitted in Round 1.
The prototype may be developed in any of the following formats:
Web or Mobile Application project
Hardware model
Software demonstration
MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
Teams must present their prototype within the allotted time limit provided by the organizers.
Judges will evaluate submissions based on:
Innovation
Practical implementation
Impact and feasibility
Quality of presentation
Any form of plagiarism, misconduct, or use of unfair means will result in immediate disqualification.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
