The Project Expo is a platform for teams to showcase their innovative and creative engineering projects aimed at solving real-world problems. Participants will present their projects at designated stalls for a fixed duration, demonstrating how they applied engineering skills in their project development.
Guidelines:
Teams will be allotted booth/stall space for project setup.
Each team will get 12+3 minutes to present their project to the judges.
Demonstrations must strictly adhere to the time limits specified by the organizers.
Participants must follow the event schedule and instructions provided by the organizing team.
All projects should be original work developed by the team.
Organizers will provide basic facilities such as tables and power supply (on request during registration).
Participants should bring battery pack for the project
Rules:
Projects involving electricity, chemicals, or machinery must comply with standard safety norms.
Teams must take all precautions to avoid injury or damage during demonstrations.
Unsafe project setups or operations may lead to disqualification.
Participants must follow venue safety instructions at all times.
Projects must align with the official event theme.
Each project must include:
A working prototype, functional model, or detailed demonstration.
Teams may use third-party components, libraries, or tools, provided their usage is clearly declared.
A project abstract (maximum 300 words) must be submitted during registration.
Plagiarism or direct copying of existing projects will result in disqualification.
No restriction on programming language, platform, or domain, as long as the project meets safety and ethical standards.
