The event will consist of 2 rounds:
Online prelims will be conducted on Codechef Criteria for Finals: As the event is division based, we will consider the problems common for all divisions as the selection criteria for Finals.
This includes Last 6 problems present in the problem page visible for Div 2,3,4 participants and All 6 problems present in the problem page visible for Div 1 participants.

This is a competitive coding contest based on algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving

Individual Participation.
Event date (Prelims): 3rd December 2025, 8 PM (link will be soon shared on unstop)
Finals for the shortlisted participants will be conducted in offline mode at the IIT Madras campus in January 2026.
Participation certificate will be provided.
All four divisions will have the same set of easy-medium, medium, and hard questions. Considering these questions, a common leaderboard will be formed, and finalist selection will be based on this common leaderboard.
Rules:
Please do not discuss strategy, suggestions, or tips in the comments during a live contest. Posting questions clarifying the problem statement is acceptable. If you are unsure, email us.
Discussing any aspect of the problem, on any other platform on the web, on identification, could lead to the disabling of respective accounts and banning from the Shaastra community.
All the prominent programming languages are allowed.
Each program will be tested based on our critical test data. However, output and input should be exactly as specified in the samples provided.
All the problems have the same points allotted to them.
The decision of the organizers in declaring the results will be final. No queries in this regard will be entertained.
Any participant found to be indulging in any form of malpractice will be immediately disqualified.
