EmbeddedX 2026 – Embedded Systems Project Expo

EmbeddedX 2026 is a hardware innovation platform designed to encourage students to showcase creative and impactful projects in Embedded Systems, IoT, Robotics, AI-integrated hardware, and other electronics-based solutions.
This event provides an opportunity for participants to demonstrate their technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and innovative ideas through a competitive project expo.
The event consists of two rounds, where participants first present their project idea and later demonstrate a working prototype.

Eligibility
• Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students
• Students from any engineering college can participate
• Inter-college teams are allowed
• Team size: 1–3 members
Event Rounds
Round 1 – PPT Submission (Online – Free)
Participants must submit a PowerPoint presentation explaining their project idea.
The presentation should include:
• Problem Statement
• Proposed Solution
• Technology / Components Used
• Methodology or Working Approach
• Expected Outcome
Submission Deadline: 23rd March 2026
This round is free for all participants. After evaluation, the top 30 teams will be shortlisted for the final round.
Round 2 – Prototype Demonstration (Offline Project Expo)
Shortlisted teams will present their working prototype or project model during the offline Project Expo at CVR College of Engineering.
Event Date: 31th March 2026
Teams must demonstrate:
• Functionality of the prototype
• Innovation and technical implementation
• Real-world impact of the solution
Shortlisted teams participating in this offline round are required to pay a registration fee of ₹250 per team.
Top 3 teams will win prizes from the ₹15,000 prize pool.
