About CyberCell VIIT: CyberCell VIT is the Cyber Security Club of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT), Pune, India. We are a dynamic group of students focused on fostering a strong community dedicated to learning, studying, and spreading awareness about Cybersecurity. Through collaboration and knowledge-sharing, we aim to cultivate cybersecurity skills that will empower individuals to excel in the ever-evolving field of information security. About VishwaCTF'26: VishwaCTF'26 is an online, Jeopardy-style Capture The Flag (CTF) cybersecurity competition organized by CyberCell VIT. Participants solve security challenges across multiple domains to earn points and rank on the live leaderboard. Format & Process Mode: Online (individual login + team participation) CTF Type: Jeopardy (category-based challenge set) Challenge Categories: Web, Crypto, Reverse Engineering, Forensics, Binary Exploitation, OSINT, Misc Total Questions/Problem Statements: 50+ challenges (with varied difficulty: Easy/Medium/Hard) Scoring: Dynamic scoring based on number of solves (higher value for harder/less-solved challenges) Tie-breaker: Earliest last valid solve time Rounds: Single main round Duration: 48 Hours Eligibility Open to students and professionals globally. Participants must register on the official platform before the deadline. A participant can be part of only one team. Team Size: 1–4 members. Inter-college teams: Allowed. Inter-specialization teams: Allowed. Rules of the Competition No DDoS, brute-force flooding, platform abuse, or denial of service attempts. No attacking infrastructure outside the provided challenge scope. No sharing of flags, full writeups, or direct answers during live competition. No sabotage, impersonation, or unethical behavior toward other participants/teams. Use only legal and ethical methods for solving challenges. Organizers’ decision on scoring, disputes, and disqualifications is final. Any unfair means may lead to immediate disqualification. Submission & Results Flags must be submitted in the prescribed format on the official platform. Leaderboard updates in real-time during the event. Final results and winner announcement after verification and anti-cheat review. Prizes Top teams (1st–5th) will receive sponsor-backed rewards as per the official prize announcement.
