Whether you're stepping into the competitive scene or already familiar with the rhythm of timed algorithmic battles, this is your stage to perform. Contest Details: Preliminary Team Contest:
Team Size: Minimum 2, Maximum 3 members.
Duration: 2.5 hours
Mode: Online
Format: Teams will attempt a curated set of algorithmic problems under contest pressure, emphasizing strategic collaboration, analytical thinking, and efficient implementation.
Rules: Teams must work independently and rely solely on their combined problem-solving abilities. Sharing code or solutions with other teams is not permitted. Use of pre-written templates and snippets is allowed, provided they are authored by the team itself.
Top performers from the online preliminary round will be invited to NIT Rourkela for AlgoUtsav 2025.
ICPC-Style Team Contest:

Individual Coding Contest:
Duration: 2 hours
Mode: Offline
Format: Individual contestants will tackle a diverse set of algorithmic problems designed to evaluate their analytical depth, coding proficiency, and ability to perform under timed conditions.
Rules: Participants must work entirely on their own, without exchanging solutions or discussing problems during the contest. Any form of collaboration will lead to disqualification. Pre-written templates and personal utility code may be used to support faster implementation.
Important Points:
Eligibility: Open for all colleges across India. Members are allowed to have team mates from different batches of same institution, but teams with members from different institutions are not allowed.
No multiple registrations are allowed to maintain fairness.
Pre-written code allowed, giving you the flexibility to bring in your best tools and strategies.
Rules on integrity: Sharing solutions during the contest period is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to disrupt the contest will lead to immediate disqualification.
