💡 What You'll Be Building
The theme / topic of the hackathon, will be shared on the day of the hackathon challenge.👥 Team Structure & Collaboration
Team Size: We highly encourage teams of 2 to 6 members to benefit from diverse skill sets and collaborative energy. There must be at least one muslim in the team to qualify.Solo Builders: While solo building is possible, we strongly recommend and encourage you to form or join a team. This is your chance to meet and build with peers!

To ensure a respectful environment for everyone, we kindly ask all participants (Muslim and non-Muslim) to adhere to the following dress code while on the mosque premises:
For Everyone
Modesty is Key: Please wear clothing that is loose-fitting and non-transparent.Footwear: You will be required to remove your shoes before entering the carpeted prayer halls or specific activity rooms. It’s a good idea to wear shoes that are easy to slip on and off.
Men
Tops: Shirts or T-shirts that cover the shoulders. Please avoid sleeveless tank tops.Bottoms: Long pants or trousers that cover the knees (even when sitting).
Women
Tops: Loose-fitting tops with sleeves that cover the arms (preferably to the wrists). High necklines are recommended.Bottoms: Ankle-length skirts or loose-fitting trousers/pants.Note: While non-Muslim women are not strictly required to wear a headscarf (hijab) in the general activity areas, it is a sign of respect to have a light scarf or shawl handy if you plan to enter the main prayer hall.
Pro-Tips for Hackers:
Comfort: Since this is a long session, choose breathable fabrics like cotton.Layers: Some areas of the mosque can be quite cool with air conditioning, so bringing a light jacket or hoodie is recommended.Cleanliness: As the mosque is a shared space for prayer, please ensure your attire is clean and tidy.
🌙 Overnight Stay & Rest
Participants are welcome to stay overnight at Masjid Ar-Raudah to continue hacking or to rest. Please note the following:
Rest Areas: You may rest at the designated Iktikaf (quiet/meditation) area.Sleeping Gear: There are no beds provided. You are encouraged to bring your own sleeping bags or yoga mats for comfort.Prohibited Items: For safety and space reasons, no tents or large inflatable mattresses are allowed.Flexibility: You are free to return home to rest if you find it more convenient.
⚠️ Crucial Requirement: Regardless of where you sleep, you or your team must be physically present on the second day (8 March) during the judging and pitching sessions. Failure to be present will result in your project being disqualified from the shortlisting process.
