Hosted by Google, CopilotKit & A2A Net at Google's London Central St Giles Office!
You’ve built an agent, but have you built an agent that communicates with other agents over the internet? What about an agent that generates a custom UI on-demand?
This is NOT one you’re going to want to miss!
Join Google, CopilotKit, and A2A Net for London’s first A2A protocol and generative UI hackathon!
Tracks
Both tracks are teams of up to three.
Track 1: A2A
The A2A track is not your typical hackathon track. Your task will be to build three specific agents involved in customer service: a personal agent, a customer service agent, and a research agent. The personal agent will receive simulated messages from a customer, which has to communicate with the customer service agent, which has to communicate with the research agent.
This track will be judged on a held-out test set. Half of your score will come from how well your agents work together, the other half will come from how well each of your agents works with two other agents. Therefore, you need to build agents that work well with each other, and other agents!
The teams with the best scores will be invited to the stage to share their prompts, architecture, and learnings.
Track 2: Generative UI (AG-UI + A2UI)
The Generative UI track is an exciting, open-ended hackathon track with infinite possibilities. For this your task is to build a product that features at least one agent and generative UI. We will provide a template to help you get started but feel free to get creative on the direction you take it!
This track will be judged on a number of different criteria, like originality, economic value, technical difficulty, and use of generative UI. Think outside of the chat box and imagine the most interesting use of these generative capabilities that you can✨
The best teams will be invited to stage to present and demo their product.

Redis. Many of you are already using Redis in your stack for caching. For this hackathon, treat it as your runtime context layer -- the shared memory that connects your agents. Use it to store and retrieve agent context in real time, so your agents aren't working in isolation. A customer's history, a mid-session decision, a resolved ticket -- all of it can live in Redis and be available to every agent that needs it.A multi-agent system is only as good as its ability to share what it knows. Lean into Redis Agent Memory and Redis Context Retrievier as core features. The best submissions will show agents that actually learn, remember, and collaborate -- not just three bots running in parallel.More information on all of Redis' agent capabilities at redis.io/iris
